Privacy Policy

AINNA Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) recognizes that the proper handling and protection of personal information and related information of users, business partners, and other stakeholders of the services provided by the Company under the “notreu” series (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) are important social responsibilities of the Company.

Accordingly, the Company has established this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) and will appropriately handle and protect personal information and related information of such users and stakeholders.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

In the event that the Company establishes a separate or individual privacy policy for a specific business, product, or service, such individual policy shall take precedence over this Policy.

Users and other stakeholders shall use the Services after understanding and agreeing to the contents of this Policy.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in this Policy shall have the following meanings:

Personal information as defined under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information of Japan (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information Protection Act”).

“Personal Information, etc.”

Personal Information as well as information that can identify users or other stakeholders, behavioral history on communication services, and other information generated or accumulated in relation to the devices used by such users or stakeholders, which the Company acquires based on this Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, name, company name, department name, job title, email address, telephone number, IP address, cookies and other identifiers, access logs, browsing history, usage status, and input data.

“Affiliated Companies”

Affiliated companies of the Company as defined under the Companies Act and other related laws and regulations.

Article 3 (Compliance with Laws and Regulations)

The Company shall comply with the Personal Information Protection Act, as well as other applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines when handling Personal Information, etc.

Article 4 (Purpose of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

The Company shall acquire Personal Information, etc. through lawful and fair means and use such information only within the scope of the following purposes:

  • Provision, operation, and management of the Services and other services provided by the Company
  • Responding to inquiries, requests for materials, and support related to the Services
  • Analysis of usage status, quality improvement, and development of functions of the Services
  • Providing information regarding the Services, updates, campaigns, seminars, and other related information (including via email)
  • Execution, performance, billing, payment management, and other transaction management
  • Prevention of unauthorized use and ensuring security
  • Recruitment activities and personnel management of the Company
  • Purposes incidental to the above purposes

If the Company intends to use Personal Information, etc. beyond the above purposes, the Company shall obtain prior consent from the relevant individual, except where permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

Article 5 (Acquisition and Management of Personal Information, etc.)

The Company shall acquire Personal Information, etc. in a lawful and fair manner and only to the extent necessary to achieve the intended purposes of use.

The Company shall implement organizational, human, physical, and technical security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of Personal Information, etc.

The Company may use Google Analytics, an access analysis service provided by Google LLC, to understand usage conditions of the Services and improve service quality. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymous traffic data, which does not include information that identifies individuals. Handling of such data is governed by Google LLC’s privacy policy.

Users may disable cookies through their browser settings; however, doing so may limit the availability of certain features of the Services.

Article 6 (Provision to Third Parties)

The Company shall not provide personal data of users or other stakeholders to third parties without prior consent, except in the following cases:

  • Where the individual has given consent
  • Where disclosure is necessary to the extent required to achieve the purposes of use and is made to subcontractors
  • Where disclosure is made in connection with a merger, business transfer, or other succession of business
  • Where disclosure is required by laws or regulations
  • Where disclosure is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person and obtaining consent is difficult

Article 7 (Outsourcing)

The Company may outsource the handling of Personal Information, etc. to external service providers to the extent necessary for business operations. In such cases, the Company shall exercise appropriate supervision over such service providers.

Article 8 (Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use)

Users and other stakeholders may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure of Personal Information, etc. held by the Company.

The Company shall respond to such requests within a reasonable scope in accordance with applicable laws and regulations after confirming the identity of the requester.

Article 9 (Security Control Measures)

The Company shall take appropriate measures for the secure management of personal data, including but not limited to the following:

  • Establishment and maintenance of internal rules for handling personal information
  • Appointment of a management supervisor and development of a management framework
  • Education and supervision of employees
  • Technical measures such as access control and protection against unauthorized access

Article 11 (Amendments to This Policy)

The Company may revise this Policy as necessary due to changes in laws or other circumstances. Any revised Policy shall become effective upon being posted on the Company’s website or through other appropriate means.
